Returning a fully functioning product:
You have the right to cancel a product for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods. This is in line with the DSR - distant Selling Regulation. All items must be returned in a resalable condition in its original packaging with all accessories included where applicable. The buyer must pay postage costs for the returning of the item.
Please follow the returns procedure as outlined below. Dead on arrival (DOA) and incorrect products must be reported within 7 days from date receipt.
Returning a faulty or incorrectly described goods:
Faulty items or items that do not meet with customer's expectations may be returned within 14 calendar days. If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please email email@example.com to outline the nature of the problem and request a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) form. This form must be fully completed and returned with the faulty product. If an item is received without an RMA form we cannot process the return. Failure to do so will result in delay in processing your refund or the product being returned to you.
In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault and, if no fault is found, the product will be returned to you at your own cost. No refund will be processed until we have received the returned goods and an appraisal made as to the nature of the problem.
To qualify for a refund or Product replacement
The item must be "in as new or original" condition; and complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it, the original box and packaging and warranty.
On receipt of the Returned items, should the customer decide to cancel the order, a refund will be issued within 7 days, after all testing and inspection has been completed.
Refunds/replacements are not applicable where faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear is evident.
The customer is entitled to a full refund including Postage costs where an item is discovered to be defective in accordance with our Returns Policy.
All returns are fully inspected by our staff and in the event that an item is discovered to be faulty we reserve the right to repair the item and return it to the customer.
All our items are issued with a warranty sticker.
Returns will only be accepted with this sticker fully intact on the returned item, Should the warranty sticker be tampered with, warranty will be considered void.
We record serial numbers on all of our items
Macsyss does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.You may return your purchase at any time within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods by: E-mailing us via your Ebay account stating your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number.
Should you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Macsyss at your own risk and cost, therefore, we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method. Macsyss is not responsible for any returned product that is not received.
All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on the website.
Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging). It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it.
We will not refund any items that have been specially ordered to your individual specification.
You cannot cancel your purchase when:
The goods were a special order to your specification;
Or 14 days has elapsed following receipt of the goods
Until such time as you return the goods to us you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them. This does not affect your statutory rights.
